Everything....great location for all needs.....Staff in every department eager to help and assist....Near train stations for Milan & Switzerland etc.
Would definitely recommend the food in restaurant great service from the lovely waiters who are so eager to please and for you to enjoy your experience there...
Nothing ....my only constructive criticism would be to vary the menu more for guests staying longer.

WE STAYED AT THE HOTEL FOR A WEEK AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFULL. THE LOCATION IS CENTRAL AND SUPREB. IT IS A VERY NICE HOTEL THAT I'LL RECOMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
